RESEP KUE BOLU MEKAR KARAMEL
Bahan:
250 gram gula pasir
250 ml air
4 butir telur
1 sendok the cake emulsifier
250 gram terigu
1 sendok the baking powder
50 gram mentega, cairkan

Cara Membuat Resep Kue Bolu Mekar Karamel:
  1. Masak 25 gram gula diatas api kecil dalam sebuah panci hingga menjadi caramel tanpa diaduk. Tuang air dan masak hingga gula mencair tanpa diaduk. Angkat dan sisihkan
  2. Kocok telur, sisa gula dan cake emulsifier hingga mengembang. Masukkan gula caramel, kocok rata sebentar saja. Terakhir masukkan mentega cair, aduk rata
  3. Siapkan cetakan bolu, kukus yang telah dialasi kertas cup cake. Tuang adonan ke dalamnya, kukus dalam kukusan panas hingga matang. ANgkat. Hidangkan
