Langkah-Langkah Cara membuat Otak-Otak Ikan Tenggiri, dengan resep makanan dibawah ini :
Bahan:
250 g daging tenggiri/kakap, haluskan

cabai merah, dan 5 buah cabai rawit,
campur dengan 100 cc air matang, garam,
gula pasir, dan cuka menurut selera
